    Description

    This is a superbly rewarding and well paid position based in Rainford and working within branch 5 days a week from 9am until 430 pm.

    Due to the confidentiality and nature of the role all tasks are completed within the offices.


    We are looking for someone within a 5 mile radius of the customer and therefore please check on location before applying.


    The role will involve taking all phone calls into the business along with general admin functions which will include date entry, typing of letters and being a general support person to the other 3 members within the offices.


    The company offers a close knit family unit and we are looking at both previous experience, longevity of jobs as well as personality when recruiting for this role.

    Pay:
    £26,000.00 per year


    • Experience in an administrative or office support role
    • Strong clerical skills, including typing and filing
    • Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and working with computerized systems
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Good telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
    • The position will consist of basic admin tasks, typing letters, filing, photocopying and scanning In return, we would offer:
    • Salary, £26,000
    • Discretionary annual bonus
    • Statutory pension contribution
    • 22 days paid holiday plus 8 statutory bank holidays per year
    • Hours 9 to 4.30, Monday to Friday
    • Full time, office based
