We are a Federation of three schools, within a Multi Academy Trust based at Kings Rise Academy however there is an expectation to work across each Federation Academy, Kings Rise Academy in Kingstanding, Birmingham, Woods Bank Academy, in Darlaston, Wednesbury and Croft Academy, in Walsall one day per week, situated within an eleven-mile radius.

Therefore, the ability to travel between school's is essential.


This is a unique and newly established role is to carry out the administration of the Federation's Day to day operational functions and to secure the delivery of effective value for money services and solutions across the schools which facilitate the delivery of outstanding educational outcomes working across a range of responsibilities including HR, Safeguarding, Recruitment, Training, the management of the school estate including Health and Safety and security and to deputise for the Operations Manager as required.

It is expected that this role will become 5 days, 32.5 hours a week within the first year.


This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
