    Porter

    Salary:

    Location:Nuneaton Warwickshire CV100TU

    Hours: MondayFriday 40 HPW

    Mainduties:

    • Moving of furniture andequipment from building to building
    • Stewardingfor events
    • Deliveries using worksvehicles
    • Litter picking and groundsclearance
    • Wastemanagement
    • Emptying external waste/recyclingreceptacles
    • Contractorsupport
    • Building/dismantlingfurniture
    • Report any maintenance or repairneeds to the appropriate personnel
    • Paintingsupport
    • Assist managing the archive &offsite storageprocess/procedures

    Requirements:

    • Physicallyfit and capable of working indoors and outdoors in allelements
    • Health and safety standards andawareness are critical
    • Full clean UK drivinglicense
    • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals andtheir safe usage
    • Strong attention to detail andability to work independently
    • Contribute to theProperty & Facilities team to ensure that the business issupported correctly & carry out its daily functions withoutinterruption. All requests should be completed in a timely andappropriate manner by gibing the best advicepossible
    • Proven ability to build and maintainstrong client relationships
    • Ability to displayinitiative confidence and professionalism
    • Takepride in your work and ability to work within ateam
    • Ability to use electronic tabletdevices

    Preferred:

    • Forklift truck trained
    • Banksmantrained
    • IPAF trained
    • PASMAtrained
