Senior People Experience Advisor - Luton Airport, United Kingdom - easyJet
Description
You'll be part of a team responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient and mutually worthwhile interactions between our employees and managers with our HR functions; enabling an excellent employee HR experience which drives the achievement of key business objectives and targets.
You'll work with our People Service team, IT and key HR/operational stakeholders to identify and enable improvement across the HR people, process, systems and third-party landscape.
Map out employee journeys and work with stakeholders at all levels across HR and the business to assess requirements, design solutions and make recommendations to improve the user experience, defining and prioritising moments that matterImpact assess operational or process changes across our content, understanding how it affects our end -users
Define meaningful measures and metrics across HR platforms and content to ensure we can understand how our employees are interacting with us, and analyse that data to understand where we can improve and what steps we need to take to make that happen
Work with stakeholders to plan communication campaigns - whether it's a project we're supporting or a need to drive awareness of an issue or progress, you'll take decisions on the appropriate approach and channel and plan the actions needed.
Requirements of the Role
What you need to do the role
A self-start, demonstrating initiative with excellent attention to detail.
You'll be able to manage your own work loads and look for ways to continually improve with a creative side to them.
Create relationships with key stakeholders around the business at all levels, be tactful and diplomatic but also challenging where needed.
Advance skills in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams and Adobe are required

Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office weekly based in Luton.
