MacGregor Recruitment is currently looking for a Branch Assistant / Order Processor on behalf of a successful supplier of upvc windows and doors to trade. This role has been created due to business growth.
Branch Assistant responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and team to assist trade customers effectively
- Manage quotations and orders of windows and doors through a specialized system
- Follow up on quotes via phone, coordinate deliveries, handle collections, and process payments
- Support trade counter operations as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in processing orders of windows and doors from a window manufacturer or trade counter is a significant advantage
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Attention to detail to ensure precise order processing
- Proficient in IT and comfortable with telephone communication
The Package:
- Base salary of £23,000-£24,000 depending on experience
- Monthly branch bonus scheme (up to £750 monthly based on branch performance)
- 28 days of annual leave (including statutory days)
- Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work
Salary:
£23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
