Description

Supporter Services Officer, joining a Health Charity based in Edinburgh. Office-based, with some flexibility to work remotely.

Working with the Customer Services Manager and team, you'll support with Customer Service and Administration tasks, such as;

Providing an excellent customer service to all supporters, volunteers, and members of the public and internal teams.
Processing income such as credit and debit card donations made via the telephone or online, efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy,
Thanking supporter for their generous contributions
