About the role:
As a Financial Planner, you will provide high calibre, long term tax and lifestyle financial planning services to clients of Attivo.
Building strong, long term client relationships and ensuring clients' needs are satisfied compliantly and efficiently and maximise new business opportunities and retain the group's growing client base.
You will be an ambassador of Attivo, representing its core values and company behaviours, raising the profile of the business and the profession with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have a base office (London) and can expect a mix of working from the office, working from home and travelling in and around the area to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop life plans with and for our clients, utilising cash flow modelling and SMART objectives.
- Providing the 'Attivo service' to our clients, which involves them feeling like they are our only client.
- Attend client meetings, provide financial advice, and make recommendations to help clients achieve their financial planning requirements
- Ensure the compliance procedure is adhered to at all times to protect and safeguard the company by meeting the regulatory aspects of the role
- Develop product, technical and regulatory knowledge to keep up to date with latest financial regulations
- Provide full disclosure of compliant advice process and charges to the client
- Conduct indepth reviews of clients' financial circumstances and future aims
- Ensure recommendations are suitable for the client and are fully understood
- Adhere to AML requirements and deliver suitability reports within prescribed timescales
- Follow through with client and providers to ensure business completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all regulatory obligations are discharged fully during all engagements with client
- Support the business in responding to any complaints either being handled internally or by the Financial Ombudsman Services
- Maintain a high standard of file quality and compliance standards
- Maintain continuous professional development records and a comprehensive knowledge of pensions, investments and estate planning
- Proactively seeking and generating new partnerships with new clients
About you:
You will need to be a Financial Planner, holding the Advanced Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. You will need to have at least three years experience as a Financial Planner, operating at the highest level.
The existing client base is located in London, so you will need to live within a reasonable commuting distance from our London office.
You are an excellent communicator and able to influence others, acting as a financial coach, building trust with our high-net-worth clients.
Essential skills and experience
- A proven track record providing high levels of service and advice
- Qualified Chartered Financial Planner with the CII
Salary and benefits
Up to £80,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance, bonus and benefits.
