About the Role:
Within Corporate Marketing, we're looking for four, full time Development Officers. These roles focus on student recruitment and relationship development with identified schools and colleges in Essex, North London, East London and Hertfordshire/Northamptonshire/Bedfordshire.
Candidates must state their preferred location in the application form. Every effort will be made to match you to your preference but we cannot guarantee this.
With a degree, or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level, or appropriate experience, you'll develop and maintain high quality working relationships between ARU and your Sixth Forms and Colleges. This will include organising the logistics of on- and off- campus visits, collecting and utilising data, tracking against budgets and building a strong network of stakeholders to support you in the successful delivery of your role. You must be highly organised, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. It's important that you can develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds.
Working mainly from home, you'll have regular office-based work and extensive travel to your Sixth Forms and Colleges. You'll be expected to provide support to officers in other regions as needed. There is occasional travel between campuses, national schools and colleges and occasional work outside of normal office hours is expected.
All travel expenses incurred by the role will be reimbursed in line with ARU policies.
This appointment is subject to an enhanced level children's barred list disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service;
