Role Overview:

As a Head Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Your experience and leadership skills will ensure the smooth operation of our reception area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests with a warm and engaging demeanor, setting the tone for their visit.
Managing the reservation system, including experience with OpenTable, SevenRooms, or Guestcentre.
Leading and supervising the reception team, providing guidance and support.
Coordinating with the restaurant and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Handling checkins and checkouts efficiently and addressing any guest inquiries or requests.
Responding to phone inquiries and taking reservations.
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
Providing guests with information about the restaurant and the local area.
Assisting in maintaining the security of the premises and following established procedures.
Training and developing junior reception staff.
Collaborating with management to improve reception operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurants is required.
Proficiency with reservation management systems such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, or Guestcentre.
A warm and engaging personality with a welcoming smile.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Impeccable presentation and professionalism.
