    What you will do:

  • Support the Store Manager in Emma's first store in London, located in Arndale Shopping Centre.
  • Advise our customers on how our products can help them get the ultimate night's sleep.
  • Maintaining and organizing the sales floor according to the Store Manager's process.
  • Support the Assistant Store Manager in the day-to-day management of store operations.
  • Do everything possible to achieve a high customer satisfaction score, always together with the customer and your team.
  • Contribute to Improving things or processes that can be done better, for which you will also be rewarded.

    • We are looking for someone who:

  • Is smart and energetic and can't wait to achieve great goals together.
  • Is curious and wants to learn new things.
  • Is genuinely interested in what a client is looking for and why.
  • Gets bored of sitting still and is therefore always looking for new challenges or improvements within our store.
  • Is fluent in English
  • Experience in retail is a plus, but certainly not a must.
