    Description

    Park Elliott, are working in collaboration with our esteemed partner, a leading Mechanical and Electrical Consultancy based in Belfast, who are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions in the construction industry.

    They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with the potential to swiftly transition into a Director level position.

    As a key member of a well-established team, you will report directly to the current Directors of the firm and play a pivotal role in leading multiple projects simultaneously.

    Lead mechanical engineering services across all RIBA stages for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, health, and education sectors.

    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines.
    Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and exceed expectations.

    Mentor and guide team members, encouraging professional growth and development, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

    Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to support business development initiatives to continue long-term client relationships.

    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    Extensive experience in mechanical engineering design and project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

    Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC systems, sustainability principles, and energy efficiency standards.
    Strategic mindset with the capacity to identify opportunities for business growth and drive innovation.
