- Lead mechanical engineering services across all RIBA stages for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, health, and education sectors.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to deliver high-quality outcomes within established timelines.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and exceed expectations.
- Mentor and guide team members, encouraging professional growth and development, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Provide technical expertise and strategic guidance to support business development initiatives to continue long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Chartered Engineer status or equivalent professional accreditation.
- Extensive experience in mechanical engineering design and project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of building services, HVAC systems, sustainability principles, and energy efficiency standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
