Our client has a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple expansive projects across various locations in the UK and Europe.
They have established themselves as a comprehensive provider of complete building solutions.Due to continued growth are currently seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to take on large scale industrial warehouse construction projects.
As the ideal candidate, you will be entrusted with overseeing all on-site aspects, ensuring the successful realisation of project objectives.
Reporting to the Project Director, and in collaboration with the Contracts Management team, you will engage in daily interactions with Suppliers, Site Coordinators, Project Managers, EHSQ representatives, and Subcontractors.
We are looking for candidates that have demonstrable experience in logistics, fulfillment centres, smart buildings or similar projects.Providing direction and mentorship to apprentices, overseeing their tasks and daily inspections.
Executing commissioning and project closure strategies.
Guaranteeing completion of snag lists and final project closeouts.
Managing external communications pertinent to the project.
Facilitating procurement of day-to-day construction materials.
Devising project-specific schedules.
Disseminating project updates to the wider project team.
Monitoring and reporting project quality metrics.
Fully certified Electrician with qualifications in QC Testing.
Prior exposure to Project Management is advantageous.
Proficiency in utilising computer applications.
