- Lead and manage a highly skilled team of solutions consultants across our UK, Europe, and APAC offices.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, partnering closely with our Regional Sales Leaders on quota coverage, target alignment and revenue.
- Drive team effectiveness by focusing on coaching, mentoring, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team motivation.
- Act as an expert in solution consulting to identify client needs and develop a suitable solution.
- Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within your team as well as with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide guidance on complex client challenges and offer impactful, strategic solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Promote continuous professional development within your team.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior consulting role or in a similar role managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficient leadership and team-building skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing a team to reach their full potential.
- Exceptional decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable ability to develop, implement and monitor strategic plans.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge in the technology consulting field along with comprehensive understanding of the industry trends and challenges. (Investment/Asset Management SaaS solutions experience, advantageous)
- Willingness to travel as required.
