    Description


    We are currently recruiting for our sales operations team due to internal promotions and team growth to support company growth.

    You will provide exceptional administrative support to our busy sales team by providing quotations for new and existing customers to assist in our growth.

    The role will provide administrative support and Build and maintain strong relationships with their assigned portfolio of customers.

    Working closely and ensuring excellent communication and coordination with the other sales support teams to provide a seamless experience for the customers (internal and external) including business-critical processes such as registrationsThis role will allow someone to take the next step in their sales career and work for a leading energy supplier.

    There is a clearly defined career progression path into sales relationship manager.

    About youPrevious experience in an administrative role is advantageous along with proficient IT skills; We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in fast paced environment.

    Ideally, you will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.


    Role Details:

    Salary:
    Up to £31,107Bonus: Up to 20% up to £6,221 payable yearlyLocation: Redhill - potential for agile working after 3 months - Office based during induction and training period

    Produce and dispatch contracts through to Signing.
    Process tendersUpdate and maintain various logs including the contract management system, tender logs.
    Produce and run various reports required by the Sales team/the customer.


    Requirements and Skills:
    To provide full operational support for the Sales teams.
    Ensure sales are correctly processed by liaising with internal departments and managing despatch of contracts & documentation.

    Prepare reports for Account Managers, handle customer calls, and generally assist in the smooth running of the Operations team function.
