Personal AssistantLocation - Remote working with 2 days of the week in Kings Cross office (to be flexible on dates)
Salary - £30,000- £35,000 PA
Duration - Permanent
Hours-37.5 hours working week

In this you will be supporting a Senior Leader, providing reciprocal cover for your fellow colleagues or deputise for the Senior Executive Assistant.
Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant- Gathering and collating information and distributing reports, key performance indicators and statistical information
- Responsibility for screening and management of calls
- Responsibility for diary and travel management ensuring that time is managed effectively
- Administering the inbox of your senior lead(s) taking action, redistributing and/or liaising as appropriate
- Supporting the reclaiming of out of pocket business expenses and assistance with credit card reconciliation
- Planning and organising business events as required such as colleague conferences, award ceremonies, meetings and away days
- Deadline management to ensure you and your senior lead(s) achieve all key deadlines
- Maintain an effective filing and document control system
- Coordinate the creation and production of board reports, management meeting reports and other ad hoc reports as required
- Take and/or coordinate the production of accurate minutes and action trackers/lists when required, circulate in a timely manner and produce agenda's for meetings
- Become familiar with policies, procedures and relevant administrative systems e.g. finance, HR and where necessary
- Undertake elements of financial administration such as raising purchase orders, collating invoices, and setting up new suppliers. Liaising with the finance team as appropriate support the timely authorisation of approvals
- Commissioning the creation and delivery of internal and external business messaging and communications on behalf of your senior lead in collaboration with the communications team
- Commissioning the creation and development of marketing materials required by the business
- PA or EA experience
