Production Operative (Twilight Shift)Come and join us as a Production Operative at our Sandown site in Walsall
As a Production Operative you will be trained to use machinery which helps us manufacture brick from raw materials which are then used in construction and form the backbone of the building industry.
it's about being hands-on, working independently, becoming an expert on the machinery, supporting each other, and producing quality results.
Help to achieve production, waste, and quality targetsActively take part in any required training
You will be given full training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to make sure you can work safely and effectively.
Hours of Work:
Twilights shift (Mon to Thur: 6pm till 2am, Fri: 6pm till 12am)
You'll be flexible and able to adapt to the different daily priorities in the factory which help us run efficiently.
Desirable - Current / valid RTITB, ITSSAR, NPORS or CPCS forklift truck licenseExperience in a factory/manufacturing environment is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
Weekly pay
Average yearly salary is £34,000 (inclusive of allowances/bonuses)
