Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Duties:
- Assist with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information
- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct data entry and generate HR reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees at all levels
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage social media platforms for HR purposes
