Maintenance worker

£25, £28,412.28 per year - Plus On Call Enhancement

You will be provided with a van during working hours.

We are looking for a maintenance worker to join our team.

You could put your building skills to work supporting an organisation that makes a real and lasting difference to people with Autism and Learning Disabilities across Greater Manchester.

Every member of our team plays a vital role in achieving amazing outcomes for the people we support and you can too.

We need you to provide maintenance support to 11 sites across Manchester. You can make a real lasting difference by ensuring we provide nice safe environments for people to enjoy.


Overview of responsibilities

General Maintenance including:

  • Joinery
  • Plastering
  • Painting and Decorating
  • Plumbing

It is essential that you can demonstrate:

That you are conscientious and have the ability to work alone, on your own initiative and equally able to work just as effectively as part of a team in response to the needs of the organisation.

Effective communication skills.

Excellent time management and organisational skills.


Qualifications, Credentials and Experience:

Must hold a full, valid, manual UK car driving licence.

Solid background in general maintenance

£25,268.88-£28,412.28 per year
