HR Officer - Fully Remote - Salary: up to £26,000 depending on experience


To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated HR officer to join our HR Aquisition and Change team.


We need you to provide advice and guidance on a range of people policy and processes for non-complex ER cases.

Support with the maintenance and accuracy of people data and produce regular HR data with giving an insight of trends and observations.

This role needs an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will work collaboratively with all our HR teams. We are looking for a creative and approachable individual who is self-motivated. An exceptional communicator who can build and maintain secure relationships.

You'll need excellent organisational skills to successfully manage, prioritise and meet deadlines while keeping in mind the wider business needs.


Key accountabilities include

  • Act as point of contact for people managers and employees in relation to HR queries
  • Answer HR queries with a view of firsttime resolution; escalating more complex queries to HR Consultants/HRBP, as appropriate.
  • Coach line managers to understand and follow key processes, with aim of reducing future queries
  • Ensure effective, timely case management of people related issues.
  • Update online Case Management systems with accurate data to enable understanding of case, query and resolution and enable robust reporting
  • Support in the monitoring, review and updating of HR policies and accompanying procedures
  • Ensure accuracy on all people date in our HR system,
  • Evaluate and update job descriptions.
  • Monitor a range of metrics e.g. staff attrition; use analytical problemsolving tools to draw conclusions and communicate meaningful patterns that drive firm insights; assess quality of data as an initial step of the analysis.

About you:


  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through a variety of methods
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in all matters, displaying appropriate judgement and initiative when required
  • Be open to new ideas.
  • Identify and raise areas of improvement and support through to fruition, where appropriate
  • Strong organisational, planning, project management and decisionmaking skills
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
