    Central Employment is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join an established clothing manufacturer located in Stockton.

    The Branch Manager will be in charge of the daily operations of the retail store, focusing on providing top-notch customer service, leading the sales team, and boosting sales performance.

    Position Overview:

    • Manage and oversee all aspects of retail store operations, including staffing, inventory control, and customer service.
    • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach sales targets and enhance profitability.
    • Train, inspire, and guide the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
    • Monitor inventory levels and implement proper stock management practices to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
    • Create attractive visual merchandising displays to improve the shopping experience and boost sales.
    • Address customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally to guarantee customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular performance assessments for the sales team and offer constructive feedback for their growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments like marketing and operations to maintain seamless store operations aligned with company objectives.
    • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store environment for both customers and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in retail management is essential, with a track record of successful performance.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with customers and colleagues.
    • Proficiency in time management and prioritization, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
    • Being multilingual is beneficial but not mandatory.
    • Strong administrative skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proven expertise in sales management, achieving targets, and profound knowledge of sales principles and methods.
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and remain results-driven.
