- Assist as appropriate in the development and implementation of internal events
- Actively engage and communicate as a true events ambassador through developing and maintaining strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Medical Affairs whilst communicating with stakeholders at all levels ensuring PMCPA ABPI compliance
- Business/Marketing or life science graduate
- Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (Junior marketeer or Account Manager in MedComms)
- Demonstrated experience and competence in event organisation and onsite event management
- Strong project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficient in utilising Veeva PromoMats for content approval processes, with a compliance mindset and a strong focus on adherence to industry guidelines and company policies
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills
- Computer literate with competence in working with data/multiple systems/CRM
