Key responsibilities:

Day to day liaison with solicitors, banks, customers and internal stakeholders
Preparing relevant documentation to meet both the customer and external suppliers needs.
Preparing documentation prior to the company's Financial Advisors meeting with the clients.
Inputting data accurately on to the bespoke internal systems.
Raising relevant invoice on internal system to ensure that payments are received in a timely manner.
Managing your own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
General administration and office duties.
