HSE Recruitment is partnering with a well-known organization located in Tamworth, currently in search of a proficient Health, Safety, Environmental, and Facilities Manager. The Tamworth site serves as their UK Head Quarters, accommodating approximately 300 employees across office space, warehousing, design, and testing facilities.
The primary focus of this role revolves around three key elements:
Health and Safety: The site boasts well-established systems, including ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, forming an integrated management system. With a dedicated safety committee, team leaders, and managers prioritizing safety discussions daily, the company proactively identifies and addresses potential hazards to enhance staff safety and decrease accidents.
Environmental / ESG: Responding to customer demands for environmental sustainability, the organization is diligently working towards achieving the Carbon Trust Route Net Zero Standard.
Facilities: The role entails overseeing three direct reports to ensure seamless facility operations, covering maintenance schedules, statutory inspections, cleaning services, and more.
