    ~ Potential Private Earnings from£60,000
    ~ Potential NHS funded award - £15,000 for experienced dentists (min 8 NHS sessions per week) or up to £35,000 for dentists who are finishing or who have just finished their Foundation year (amount dependent on NHS time commitment)
    ~50% Private Rate
    ~ Days Available - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (late night available), Friday and Saturdays

    At Together Dental Downham Marketwe are able to offer full and part time opportunities, but ourdays and hours can be adaptedto suit you.

    The practice opening hours arefrom 9am to 5pm Monday to Fridayand we also have a Saturday available.

    We are able to offer extremely competitive UDA rates and you will be able to develop your private with the remaining time at a 50% private rate.

    There isaflexible approach to NHS and private zoning andan inclusive, friendly and supportive team to enable you to deliver excellent patient care.

    We support you and provide guidance needed for your professional growth and development goals.

    Although there is a NHS requirement that needs to be fulfilled, the Associate must also be keen to develop skills in Private Dentistry in an ethical, steady and safe environment, supported by us.

    Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possiblefinancial help too)
    Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.

    Together Dental Downham Market is a fully equipped 9 surgerymixed NHS and private practice based in thecentreof Downham Market which is a lovely market town in Norfolk.

    Fully air conditioned with free parking nearby, our practice is easily commutable from Cambridge, Norwich & King's Lynn and is less than a mile from Downham Market railway station.

    Our surgeries have a wide range of high quality equipment and materials ensuring that you have the clinical freedom to offer high quality standards of patient care.

    A dedicated staff room with kitchen facilities and lockers
    An ethos of collaboration - we actively ask the dentists/hygienists to discuss cases with or without patients present for second opinions, advice, treatment planning or even assistance
    Digital X-rays
    Dentally with patient portal and online booking and payment system
    Rotary Endodontic Equipment with apex locators for both NHS and Private care
    Air-conditioned and air purifiers in surgeries
    A set of excellent hygienists operating each day of the week who work out of a dedicated hygienist surgery and who works closely with the dentists
    Access to treatments including composite bonding, implants and Invisalign
