    Manufacturing Engineer Blackpool

    Salary: £35000pa - £45000pa

    Work Schedule: 4 Day Week (Monday to Thursday)

In line with our continued growth trajectory, we are excited to announce the need for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

    Job Summary:

    Support efficient production processes, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Lead new product introduction projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Ensure safety compliance in manufacturing.
    2. Build and maintain customer relationships.
    3. Implement lean methodologies for process optimization.
    4. Guide products from RFQ to full-scale production.
    5. Maintain industry standards compliance.
    6. Contribute to achieving growth targets.

    Key Skills:

    Essential:

    1. Engineering background.
    2. Team player in a fast-paced environment.
    3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
    4. IT proficiency.
    5. Flexible and cooperative.

    Preferred:

    1. Experience in component manufacturing.
    2. Knowledge of lean principles.
    3. Customer and supplier engagement.
    4. Engineering degree or relevant experience.
    5. Ability to interpret CAD drawings.
