Registered Manager for a 2 bed Children's HomeFor the past eight years we have provided a safe and stable home environment for our Young People and achieved some fantastic outcomes.
The successful applicant will have had at least two years previous supervisory experience working with young people in a residential setting.
You must have a relevant Level 3 Diploma and have, or be willing to study for, the Level 5 Diploma.
River Valley is a two bed home for young people who can have experienced significant trauma in their lives and may display challenging behaviours.
They can be aged between 10-18 years old.We are in an area of natural beauty, and pride ourselves on an approach that has nature connection and outdoor activities at its heart.
We offer a range of benefits including excellent training and development opportunities and a contributory pension scheme.You will be committed to safeguarding young people with an excellent knowledge of current residential care regulations and guidance.
We will support your career development with excellent training and supervision.We are an independent Children's home situated in a rural location just outside Hereford.
We work in a relational, trauma informed way, and aim for every child who stays with us to feel safe, and learn how to form positive relationships with others.
