Halcyon Health and Social Care is proud to represent our client, a leading supported living provider, in their search for a Registered Manager for their brand-new service in Gloucester.
With a 'good' rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), our client's successful supported living service currently caters to adults and young people facing autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
As the Registered Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team in delivering personalised care aligned with CQC frameworks.Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the lives of those supported by the service, ensuring the highest standard of care.
Additionally, you'll foster a positive team culture through organising engaging events for service users and staff.With the support of a seasoned senior leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to shape and nurture the service, driving its success and growth.
As the service continues to expand and flourish, there will be ample opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organisation.
Competitive salary up to £42,000
