    Description
    *Vehicle Damage Assessor
    • The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
    We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join BP Rolls Ltd in Andover.

    As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for assessing and documenting the damage to vehicles and providing accurate estimates for repairs.

    Your attention to detail and mechanical knowledge will be essential in accurately evaluating the extent of damage and determining the appropriate repair procedures.


    • Your primary responsibility will be to produce accurate damage & vehicle repair estimates for all makes and models of vehicle, both privately owned and commercial.
    • This is a customer-facing position, therefore keen Customer Service skills are a must.
    • Carry out detailed vehicle inspections, assess vehicle damage and identify repair methods, using specific technology to input and track estimates.
    • You will be a central point of contact throughout the repair process and will be expected to maintain clear communications with all parties until work completion / sign off.
    • Skilled assessments of vehicle damage with excellence and efficiency in mind at all times.
    • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
    • Maintain up to date records on chargeable supplies, materials and processes.

    *Experience Required
    • ATA qualifications supported by previous employment experience in such a role will be essential.
    • Experience working in a similar role within the Automotive Industry is essential for this role.
    • Excellent attention to detail with a strong understanding of the Vehicle Repair processes.
    • Able to communicate across multiple stakeholders
    • Proactive problem solver & clear thinker
    • You will need to be well organized with the ability to prioritize and deliver a varied workload within agreed timescales.
