FM Campus Services/FM Housekeeping Services General Assistants

Salary from £22,996 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £24,156 pa inclusive of London allowance. (Pay will be pro-rata based on an hourly rate of pay at £12.59 per hour)

This role is a ONE Year Fixed Term Contract
The post holder will work for a multifaceted Estates Division as intricate member of the Facility Management Team.

The post holders will be responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning, janitorial servicing, and periodic work for the any of the Campus buildings.

The post holder should have:

A good standard of verbal and written communication skill in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in cleaning and /or housekeeping.
An ability to demonstrate practical knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety.
Experience in working as part of a team and contributing to overall effective team performance.
