Mandarin speaking Team Assistant
4 days a week onsite and 1 day WFH

Our client, a global, highly successful energy-based trading company, based in the City of London, are seeking an experienced, professional, highly competent Mandarin Team Assistant to join their team.

Your roles and responsibilities will include;
- Diary Management
- Organise and support company events and client events
- Plan and organize delegation visits
- Documents translation (English/Chinese)
- Health & Safety tasks
- Quarterly risk control review on Health & Safety and Fix Assets
- Meeting minutes taking when requested
- Manage Internal Contacts
- Arrange meetings with both internal and external clients
- Covering receptionist when needed: answer calls, manage meeting rooms, welcome guests
- Manage expenses ensuring timely submission to Finance for processing
- General assistance with admin tasks
- Other tasks assigned by line manager from time to time
- Must be a fluent Mandarin speaker
- 3 years office support/team assistant experience, ideally in international organisations
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Be flexible, and able to react quickly to the various demands of the business
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- A team player
- Polished, polite, professional and have a strong work ethic
