We built Carma, initially to help companies tackle climate change by planting trees and giving them a platform to measure their impact and now to help individuals make better choices by giving them rewards and cashback for their purchases.
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers to generate qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads using a variety of tools and methods such as LinkedIn, databases, and industry events
- Use lead tracking software to track and update lead information and status
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Attend industry events and networking functions to generate new leads and build relationships
- Maintain a strong understanding of our product and industry to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential leads

- Must have a grade 4(C) in Maths and English GCSE

Training to be provided
A Sales Executive is a sales person working in either the Business to Business or Business to Consumer markets with the responsibility to sell a specific product line or service.
They plan their sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales internally within their organisation.
They will be responsible for retaining and growing a number of existing customer accounts, and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close.
A Sales Executive will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence in their own and their organisation's capabilities through demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which they operate, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.
