Main Responsibilities- Troubleshooting and maintaining end user computing from 1st line through to 3rd line
- Able to work under pressure using our ticketing system
- Support via request tickets and telephone
- Able to fix hardware and software issues
- Experience using Azure Active Directory and Endpoint manager/Office 365 administration
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 36
- Remote Support
- 2+ years experience in an IT support role
- ITIL Experience desirable
- Agile working experience desirable
- Enterprise business experience (desirable)

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Punctual
- Good proven team player
- Able to prioritise and work under pressure
- Dependable
- Able to think on their feet
- Able to use initiative and come up with new ways of working
