We are looking for a bright and hard-working individual who is keen to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Investigo is growing and with it we are looking for someone to assist our IT support team to the next level.

Main Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining end user computing from 1st line through to 3rd line
  • Able to work under pressure using our ticketing system
  • Support via request tickets and telephone
  • Able to fix hardware and software issues
  • Experience using Azure Active Directory and Endpoint manager/Office 365 administration
  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 36
  • Remote Support
What we'll need from you

  • 2+ years experience in an IT support role
  • ITIL Experience desirable
  • Agile working experience desirable
  • Enterprise business experience (desirable)

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Punctual
  • Good proven team player
  • Able to prioritise and work under pressure

  • Able to think on their feet
