We are looking for a bright and hard-working individual who is keen to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Main Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and maintaining end user computing from 1st line through to 3rd line
Able to work under pressure using our ticketing system
Support via request tickets and telephone
Able to fix hardware and software issues
Experience using Azure Active Directory and Endpoint manager/Office 365 administration
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Office 36
Remote Support

What we'll need from you

2+ years experience in an IT support role
ITIL Experience desirable
Agile working experience desirable
Enterprise business experience (desirable)

Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Punctual
Good proven team player
Able to prioritise and work under pressure
Dependable
Able to think on their feet
Able to use initiative and come up with new ways of working
Cando attitude
