If so, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic retail team as a Sales Associate Switch Advisor Ltd is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team

About the position:

Duties and responsibilities

Greet and direct customers
Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and aftersales services)
Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
Answer customers' questions about specific products/services
Crosssell products
Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Desired skills and experience

Experience in a retail setting. Not required. But preferred.
Strong communication skills that include problem solving, customer relations and training effectiveness.

Salary:
£23,579.00-£26,890.00 per year
