Fixed term contract until 31 October 2023 | £30,151 to £32,020 per annum (Scale H) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich**Do you love Employer Engagement? It is a full time, fixed term contract until October 2023 working within the successful Employment and Skills Team in Growth and Development at Norfolk County Council. Norfolk County Council are collaborating with Suffolk County Council to deliver an exciting project called Skills, Progression, Adaptability, Resilience, Coordination (SPARC) that is engaging with businesses across Norfolk to offer grants for training.

This project is part-funded by ESF.

This role involves connecting with businesses, training providers and delivery partners through verbal and written communications to deliver the project.


We are looking for someone with great interpersonal skills, to liaise with training providers, businesses and delivery partners to execute this project.

You will be a strong collaborator and delivery focused.


You will need excellent MS Office, particularly Excel, skills to produce regional reports, and be confident with data production and presentation as well as analysis.

You will be able to handle large and complex data sets to create meaningful reporting for management colleagues across both Norfolk and Suffolk County Council.


Ideally, you will also have a working knowledge of ESF project processes and systems as this role is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
