A 12 month FTC maternity cover HR Business Partner opportunity has arisen with one of our long term clients based near Brighton.

They are looking to appoint an experienced HR generalist Business Partner to join their friendly, professional team supportingtheir diverse client groups.

To start January 2023 this role offers hybrid/flexible working.

Key skills, experience and knowledge required include:

CIPD qualification ideally Level 5 or above or equivalent experience
Demonstrable track record of success in an HR advisory or business partnering role within a large, complex organisation.
Upto date knowledge of employment law and best practice, and experience of providing robust and pragmatic advice to managers within those parameters
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence client group in area of expertise, effectively contribute to team working.
Analytical skills with the ability to generate effective solutions, interpret data and turn it into evidencebased action plans.
Experience of successfully developing and implementing people management policies, procedures and other change programmes which improve business performance.

This role can be a full time or can also offer on a part-time 4 day a week working basis.

Ideally you?ll be able to be on-site 2-3 days a week and work remotely the other days.
