    Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist for a client in the oil & gas sector. As a Chemicals Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing manufacturing processes within the chemical manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets. You will also have the opportunity to analyze production data, recommend improvements, and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance plant performance.

    If selected the job location would be in Saudi Arabia.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement manufacturing processes within the chemical manufacturing plant.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control, and cost targets.
    • Analyze production data and recommend changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Lead or coordinate continuous improvement projects.
    • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and improve plant performance.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes in the chemical manufacturing plant.
    • Extensive knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and cost targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work under minimal supervision.

    Requirements
