If so, look no further, as Inclusion Thurrock are now recruiting to a Wellbeing Practitioner within the Recovery College.
The role of the Wellbeing Practitioner will be to assist in the initial set up of SMART short term and long term goals with students, planning, implementing and evaluating of outcome-focused evidence-based health trainer angle interventions via personal tutoring, and group facilitation of training sessions & workshops.
The development of the workshops will be influenced by a cycle of continuous collaboration and feedback from those with lived experience and other professionals, making this multifaceted role an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the Recovery College offer to Thurrock residents.
This unique and person-centred role will provide co-produced recovery education using a range of clinical, evidence-based self-management and health promotion intervention to students.
The role requires working in close collaboration with students, Recovery College colleagues, community assets and statutory and voluntary sector services, topromote student recovery and to assist them in regaining and maintaining their place in the community.
The post-holder is responsible for the provision of planned recovery-focused care working with Recovery College students; individually and through co-produced shared learning opportunities such as shared learning courses.
The post-holder will bring clinical expertise and evidence-based knowledge to recovery education opportunities (individuals and groups).Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

We support individuals, families and communities who are affected by addiction, crime, mental health or need treatment for their sexual health.

undertake student-centred interviews, identifying strengths, competencies and personal values that support recovery;
provide a range of information and support for evidence-based health promotion and well-being. This work may be in individual learning plans or within course delivery.
