- Providing support to internal IT operations including hardware / software management & maintenance, daily I.T. support covering a range of platforms
- Internal IT Support - 1st Line response
- Web App upgrades
- Managing client Databases
- Microsoft Suite of tools
- Hardware Management (Printers / Laptops etc)
- Strong documentation skills adhering to best working practice
- Achieving personal development targets
- Taking part in meetings, supervision, training and other events to assist with your development
- Experience in a similar IT role at support analyst or assistant/entry level
- Confidence and experience with Microsoft Office
- Some experience in building and maintaining computers or robotics
- Enthusiasm and passion for IT
- A driving license and own transport is required.
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Enthusiasm for your work and self-motivated
- Ability to hold Security Clearance 5 years residence in the UK required
