    Company Description Job Bank Network offers franchise opportunities for their Job Bank Franchise Software to potential candidates who want to start a Recruitment and Marketing Business.

    The company has over 200 franchises across the UK. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Proclaim File Handler located in Blackburn.

    The Proclaim File Handler will be responsible for handling a large volume of claimant files using Proclaim case management system.

    They will work as part of a team to ensure timely delivery of service and accurate claims handling. Qualifications Experience in handling a large volume of files using Proclaim case management systemExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication skills, both written and verbalStrong organizational and time-management skillsAn understanding of the recruitment and marketing industry is a plusExperience in a similar role is preferredA relevant degree or certification is beneficial, but not required
