Software Solutions Officer

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Software Solutions Officer to join our client based in Egham.

The successful Software Solutions Officer will be responsible for:

Reviewing current status of managed services systems and infrastructure
Recommending upgrade path to provide a stable platform with the initial focus on the Helpdesk and all related services
Overseeing implementation and roll out within the service business
Reviewing and recommending remote support & monitoring solutions that the company can sell 'as a service' to its client base

- assisting in the development of enhanced commercial models that provide a standards-based service catalogue
