LOCATION - Knowsley, Liverpool
SALARY - Up to £23,000 DOE
Working for a leading provider in utility contracting services and distribution network operators, in both the private sector and the public sector across the UK.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Including but not limited to the following:
- Customer Contact.
- Telephone calls and sending letters to arrange engineer visits.
- Manage customers enquiries and complaints.
- Scheduling Engineer visits.
- Maintaining accurate job records.
- Producing data and weekly reports for the client.
- Subcontractor's order processing.
- Sales Invoices processing.
- Purchase Order processing.
- Suppliers and subcontractors query management.
- Prepare reports as required by operational managers.
- General Office Duties.
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively both verbally and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to act as an effective team member.
- Welldeveloped skills in organising and planning.
- Proactive with new ideas for efficiencies and improvements.
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with experience of spread sheets and word processing packages.
- Ability to process a high volume of tasks on a daily basis.
- Desirable experience with NRSWA Streetworks Noticing.
Salary:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
