About the Role


We are seeking a part time caring and compassionate individual to support and empower our fabulous young people, in partnership with their families and colleagues.

It will be your job to support our young people to make their own decisions and reach their full potential in an excellent community care setting.

You will be required to support our young people in a personalised way and respond to their needs, wishes and aspirations.

You will also be part of supporting the delivery of high-quality care, health and therapy.


Pay and Working Pattern
We offer a salary of £19,171.15, rising to £20,249.51 once you've completed all your in-house training. (salary is inclusive of 10% enhancement for night working)


Most of our waking night staff work 33.25 hours each week on a 'rolling' two-week Rota with at least two days off in a row each week.

There are also opportunities available for job share.


Night shifts:22.00 to 08.00
