    Yeovil, 37 per week, Monday to Friday

    The Apprenticeship & Routes:
    This apprenticeship services two career paths, Aerospace Machinist and Aerospace Manufacturing Fitter .

    This role involves the assembly & test of a range of precision Mechanical /Electrical assembliesused in a variety of Aerospace applications.

    Level 2 Diploma in Aerospace and Aviation Engineering (Foundation Competence)

    • Level 2 Diploma in Aerospace and Aviation Engineering (Foundation Knowledge)
    • Level 3 Diploma in Aerospace Manufacturing (Development Competence)
    • Level 3 Diploma in Aerospace and Aviation (Development Knowledge)

    This role involves CNC turning of Aerospace Equipment, in accordance manufacturing instructions, Specifications and Customer/Regulator Requirements, working within an empowered team environment to meet delivery requirements.


    • Level 2 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Foundation Competence)
    • Level 2 Diploma in Machining (Foundation Knowledge)
    • Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Competence)
    • Level 3 Diploma in Machining (Development Knowledge)
    Applicants should enjoy practical and academic work and have a passion for Engineering, an interest in Aerospace, and the following skills:

    • must include math's, English, and a Science subject. Ideally hold a full UK driving license, (not essential if you are currently working towards gaining this)
