Due to the success of our bread sites, we are expanding our engineering team and have a fantastic new opportunity for a Site Services Engineer to join our busy food manufacturing facilities in Cheshire.
Our 2 bread sites based in Crewe and Nantwich make specialty hand-crafted flatbreads, baguettes, doughballs and ciabattas for customers including Tesco, Asda, Morrisons and Sainsburys.
To ensure all site services and building requirements are maintained to an acceptable/regulatory standard and to ensure that all customer audit non-conformances are completed within the given timescales.
Maintain all service contract records and schedules.
All structural areas of the building are to be monitored and maintained to an acceptable standard.
All site lighting systems to be maintained and emergency lighting to be inspected and tested in accordance with regulations and any defects being populated on the CMMS system and corrective actions taken within a reasonable time.
All water L8, legionella prevention actions; Operation and testing of the DAF Plant.Manage / Coordinate with all external contractors and service providers surrounding facilities service contracts.
Completion of a recognised Mechanical or Electrical apprenticeship.
Planning works and writing reports; completion of inspection and testing certification.
Restore assets after works and spare parts management.
Mechanical installation and fault finding.
