Central Operations Coordinator
(Permanent Full-Time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- Manage and control the execution of all the distribution flows in SAP from CDC to RDC/BTQ (including TPO, special flows, returns, claims, SO/PO etc.)
- Supporting the 3PL on the document checks, discrepancies and reconciliation
- Execute stock movements from physical and logical warehouse locations
- Work closely with the warehouse team to give them the priorities by Region
- Ensure that returns & claims are dealt with promptly and that credits are generated in a timely manner
- Ensure that you have a full working knowledge of the operational processes within the distribution chain/Supply Chain
- Regular communication with both internal Dunhill HQ and Regional teams, and the Central Warehouse teams to ensure that smooth shipment flows are maintained
- Ensure allocation flow is correct in SAP
- Maintain and monitor SO/PO and sales order flows in SAP to ensure correct shipment flows
- Liaise with Regional Sales Administration and Central Warehouse teams to monitor and manage returns, claims and credits in SAP
- Liaise with the Central Warehouse for any delivery priorities, exceptions & shipment queries
- Produce and communicate allocation/shipment reports to Regional and HQ teams on a weekly basis
- Maintain a clean order book in SAP
- Coordinate with Procurement team for all TPO related orders
- Ensure all MTM related documents are accurate and communication with both Production and C-LOG, all orders need to be effectively collected by vendor and collection booking done promptly, if any issues occur these have to be dealt with straight away
- Liaise with direct manager if any issues arise and if further training is needed
- Maintain an organised task list on a daily basis, ensuring that the priority tasks are always dealt with first and so on
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Significant experience in a wholesale management/operations environment
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and commercial aptitude
- Experience in a retail environment
- Ability to create and drive new initiatives in order to exceed objectives
- A strong operational knowledge of SAP (or similar ERP system)
- Strong relationship building skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Outstanding communication skills, including capability to present information and ideas clearly; in both formal and informal situations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Proactive in their approach to Supply Chain Operations
