***Our client is seeking a
Social Media Account Strategist to work across a portfolio of clients and to ensure the client and the team have support across Leadership, Strategy, and Program Delivery. Your role will be integral to manage and navigate day-to-day operations with a core focus on project coordination, timeline and deliverable management, and provide exceptional services and regular communication to customers. You will be instrumental in developing overarching customer strategy and operations for their projects to ensure valuable delivery against core business goals and objectives. Your role will be to manage, support, coach and train, and ensure the necessary information for clients are met and available. You will be working for one of the most collaborative and successful software company's offering expertise in social media strategy and online community management.


Your role will be responsible for the following;

  • Creating and managing project timelines and scope under the guidance from the customer
  • Creating, distributing, and managing project resources
  • Contributes to development and execution of annual account plans, regularly recording key wins and progress against goals.
  • Has developing knowledge of project financials (e.g. forecasting, revenue, invoicing, project margins and run rates).
  • Overseeing onboarding and training for all new project team members
  • Works to develop knowledge in social and digital communications and marketing with a concentration in social community building through multichannel approaches in order to guide and counsel customers.
  • Reporting and Strategy:
  • Creating and executing reporting deliverables against a timeline
  • QAing deliverables for accuracy, insightfulness, and grammar/spelling
  • Training team members in how to gather insights and recommendations from data
  • Communicating with team members on a recurring basis to check in about project updates and individual passions/needs
  • Facilitating 1:1s with direct reports
  • Client management
  • People management
  • Providing accurate reporting and insights
  • Supporting and assist in onboarding and training
  • Working with the wider team to achieve client and project deliverables
  • Coaching and guiding team members
  • Providing solutions
  • Supporting on new business opportunities

We are looking for someone who has;

  • Experience managing social platforms for a brand: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Project Management: Resource development and organization
  • Time Management: Prioritization of daily responsibilities, deadlines, and adhoc requests
  • Client Communication: Leading meetings and presentations as well as written communication
  • People Management: Managing client and team member needs
  • Analytics: Understanding of key KPIs and measuring performance on social
  • Strategy: Using data and best practices to develop ongoing social strategi
  • Experience in managing social media platforms
  • Experience in social media strategy and projects
  • Experience in managing, overseeing or mentoring a team
  • Strong reporting, analysis and strategic competencies
  • Positive, collaborative, enthusiastic nature
