I'm working with a Global Solutions Provider, looking for an IT Support Specialist on a 12 month FTC basis, with a high chance of going permanent after this.

The company has huge plans to grow over the coming years, making this a great time to join and be apart of their journey.

The position will be mainly providing 1st and 2nd line support to the wider franchisees, escalating higher where needed.

Reporting to the IT Business Manager, you'll support the local team in the UK roll-out of different IT productsand services; store ERP platform, CRM tool, CMS plugins, module for print & marketing, module for logistics.

We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years' experience in an IT Support role, preferably within a helpdesk environmenteven better to have come from a retail background.

If you've been involved with company projects and some analysis in the past, thiswill be a huge bonus As a minimum you'll have a solid IT background with skills on simple system administration, network configuration and day by day office support.

Technical experiences that we are looking for are as follows:

Windows and Mac Operating Systems
Expert Excel knowledge
ERP Platforms
Ecommerce CRM Tools and CMS platforM/Features in open technologies (Magento WooCommerce, Shopify, main social networks & marketplaces...)
Integration technologies (API, WebServices)
