IT Finance Administrator - IT Finance Support -
Administration Support-
Secretarial and IT Project Supportis required to work in the IT Department of a leading financial services client based close to
Epsom, Surrey Hybrid working. We are looking for an experienced
Administrator who can provide administration, secretarial, purchasing, documentation, License renewals, PMO and record-keeping function together with a project support function in an in-house IT Department who are responsible for the provision of technicalsystems across the UK region. This is an
initial 5-month contract INSIDE IR35 with a competitive rate on offer. NEW YEAR Start
We are seeking a confident and outgoing individual with excellent interpersonal skills together with a good eye for detail who has a proven track record in:

  • Management of financial processes, Timesheets ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and all documentation is accurately completed and maintained
  • Management of IT processes, including obtaining appropriate approvals, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining timesheets, documentation, and records
  • Manage 3rd party Supplier Relationships and organise IT documentation
  • Producing scheduled and adhoc reports plus managing and maintaining equipment records
  • Providing an IT project support function
  • Develop relationships with all areas of the business and external contacts

ESSENTIAL ADMINISTRATOR SKILLS:


  • Experience working within an administrative or secretarial role previously
  • Knowledge of Purchasing & invoicing especially invoice management
  • Experience managing multiple managers, teams, or projects
  • License renewals
  • Procurement
  • Development of PMO
  • Microsoft Outlook including Calendar and diary management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010 to intermediate level


If you also have experience covering ITIL Principles and processes, Microsoft Visio, and the full IT project life cycle so much better.


This contract is initially for
5 Months INSIDE IR35and can offer a
competitive rate and is a
hybrid working environment - 2 days office, 3 days working from home.

Due to its unique location, you will
need to be a car driver as public transport routes are not commuter friendly.

There is plenty of on-site car parking and on-site facilities.
