- Grow sales, opportunities, and relationships within our strategic customer accounts.
- Maintain and expand key accounts through effective relationship management.
- Process orders accurately and concisely.
- Deliver precise and competitive rate quotes to clients.
- Manage customer delivery expectations confidently and efficiently.
- Conduct both telephone sales and face-to-face site meetings to strengthen client relationships.
- Successfully grow supplier relationships to support customer needs.
- Proven background in a sales role, either telephone or face-to-face.
- Experience in winning new customers and business.
- Sales & Business Development experience in a recruitment agency environment is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong IT skills.
- Must be a team player.
